Tender Details

Delivery, installation and launch of VR software (simulator) for learning human anatomy 1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and launch of VR software (simulator) for teaching human anatomy. 2. The proceedings are conducted within the framework of project titled ANTI DROP OUT ANS GNIEZNO FERS.01.05-IP.08-0161/25-00. Source of financing: The order is financed under the project titled ANTI DROP OUT ANS GNIEZNO FERS.01.05-IP.08-0161/25-00. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - "Description of the subject of the order". 4. The Ordering Party does not impose any restrictions as to the origin of the Contractor or the subject of the order in terms of market availability and participation in this procedure. 5. The Ordering Party does not allow it possibility of submitting partial offers. The subject of the order constitutes one functionally and technologically coherent project. Individual elements of the order are closely related and interdependent. In the Ordering Party's opinion, there is no division of the order for parts does not restrict competition, but ensures correct, timely and safe execution of the order. 6. Pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 19 of the Public Procurement Act, the Ordering Party rejects the offer if it includes an ICT product, the type of which was specified in the decision regarding the recognition of a supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Art. 67b section 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or an ICT service, or an ICT process, specified in this decision...
