Tender Details

On F.A. Finger institute for building materials studies at the Bauhaus University in Weimar are examined fundamental mechanisms of fabric formation during hydration and coloring reactions. The systems to be researched are extremely complex with regard to their composition and reaction kinetics and have special features in their rheological behavior. This places high demands on measurement technology.

As part of the research project "Functionalization of concrete structures through stimuli responsive additives", the junior professorship material mechanics intends to procure a rheometer with a measurement cell to carry out magnetor theological examinations. The measurement system described below is intended to advance the research of multi -phase, cement -bound binding systems in the fresh state and lead to new knowledge with regard to the controllability of the rheological behavior of such systems. The new rheometer measurement system is intended to examine the rheological properties of binder systems with various additives in the fresh state. Based on the identified parameters, estimates to suit the EDE ...
