Based on this description of the service, the client intends an order for the delivery, structure and commissioning of a high-resolution 400 MHz (9.4 t) NMR spectrometers with twoRoom temperature sample heads (abbreviation: 400 MHz NMR) including optional user training and optional 3-hour application training. The 400 MHz NMR is required for the following areas of application: (i) characterization of isolated natural substances from food, (II) reviewof natural substance syntheses and their intermediate stages, (III) quantification of isolated/synthesized compounds (e.g. flavors, aroma substances, syntheses etc.), (IV) Use of NMR FoodScreener Platform (Wine, Honey- and Juice profile) for profiling/food fraud, (v) Interaction studies (e.g.B. Melanoidine aroma-off interactions etc.). The delivery and execution time for the overall system including several days of user training (if the option is commissioned) must be carried out as soon as possible. The delivery takes place freely in the Lise-Meitner-Str. 34, 85354 Freising(Unterstelled person lifting). In addition to the generally required functionality, the high-resolution 400 MHz (9.4 t) NMR spectrometer with two room temperature sample heads must meet the following minimum requirements: 1.Supercover magnet 9.4 t (400 MHz): • Field thickness 9.4 t (400 MHz) • Room temperature bore: 54 mm • Automatic warning message for helium level • Active magnetic shielding • Magnet standm...
