The scope of services is divided into the following core areas: Hardware delivery: Procurement of backup appliances (model EX84) and associated 25GbE network components as part of the basic service. Services: Professional installation in the racks of the Client, cabling, basic configuration as well as the establishment of complete operational readiness and data replication by the manufacturer/contractor. Maintenance & Support: Provision of 5 years of manufacturer support (5×8) as well as proactive Health checks and onsite support. Options: Optional expansion to include additional appliances including accessories and maintenance as well as additional on-site support services during the contract term.
