Delivery of IBM or equivalent software with accompanying services The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement specifying the terms and conditions regarding public procurement that may be awarded by the Ordering Party during its period. validity by the Ordering Party under the Executive Agreements. The subject of the Executive Agreements concluded under the Framework Agreement will be: 1. granting or ensuring that the Contractor grants all types of licenses and updates to the Ordering Party Manufacturer's license, subscription or technical support for IBM software or equivalent, specified in the Price List under the IBM Passport Advantage or equivalent international agreement, 2. assurance by the Contractor to the Ordering Party providing the Manufacturer's expert support services for the Products indicated in point 1, in the scope of the Manufacturer's Products under the Software Accelerated Value Program or equivalent program, 3. providing consulting support services regarding the Products in up to 10, 000 man-hours. The Ordering Party reserves that the indicated number of man-hours is an estimate and the Ordering Party is not obliged to use it during the term of the Framework Agreement, and the Contractors are not entitled to claims for unused number of man-hours.
