Delivery free to the point of use including assembly, commissioning/acceptance as well as instruction/training for a 500 kN servo-hydraulic universal testing machine The subject of the tender is the delivery, installation, commissioning and training of the Operating personnel for a servo-hydraulic universal testing machine with a capacity of 500 kN for the Institute for Steel Construction at Leibniz University Hannover. The system includes tensile sample holders for flat and round samples, pressure stamps, integration into the The laboratory's existing testing infrastructure as well as the required testing software and hardware. The client intends to purchase a servo-hydraulic universal testing machine. The scope of services includes: - Planning, production and delivery in accordance with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP, Incoterms 2020) of a servo-hydraulic universal testing machine with a testing capacity of +/-500 kN - High-precision test cylinder and high transverse load capacity - The test room dimensions must be adhered to as follows: o Clear minimum distance between the Columns: 750 mm o Clear minimum distance between the mounted hydraulic clamping devices: 1350 mm o Test table length or depth between 1300 mm - 1600 mm - Sample holder with interchangeable jaw inserts for tensile tests on flat and round samples - Software as well as hardware to operate all functions of the testing system. - Installation, calibration, commissioning and functional acceptance. - Training for testing software and testing system for at least 5 employees for at least 2 days...
