Tender Details

It is the new building of the community school with teaching and specialist classrooms. The building has a partial basement and is two storeys. /// Area information: Size of building site: 9, 280.00 sqm - GFA: Level 0 (ground floor) 1, 513.43 sqm - Total GFA: 3, 243.10 sqm - Total BRI: 14, 555.95 cbm /// Construction: The building is designed as a reinforced concrete structure with flat ceilings, reinforced concrete columns and shear walls. The building is stiffened by the reinforced concrete wall and ceiling panels. The floor ceilings will be optimized according to their spans in the component height. The columns in levels 0 + 1 are designed as composite columns. Wall components in contact with the ground are implemented as waterproof construction. The four-sided arcade on level 1 is called Steel structure attached to the reinforced concrete shell facade. Non-load-bearing structures are created with plasterboard walls, some of which are covered with three-layer wooden panels.
