Delivery of a Dynatrace subscription or equivalent software with technical support and expert hours 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a Dynatrace subscription or equivalent solution along with technical support and hours expert. 2. The order was divided into a basic order and an option right: 2.1. Basic order: delivery of the Subscription including the specified products in the Table presented in point 5.1. Chapter II SWZ - OPZ or solution equivalent, in accordance with the description of equivalence specified in point 8 OPZ, incl with the provision of Manufacturer's Technical Support - in accordance with Chapter II SWZ - OPZ; 2.2. Order under the option: provision of Expert Support, maximum 100 man-hours - on the terms described in detail in point 6 of Chapter II SWZ - OPZ. 3. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Chapter II of the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract. 4. Pursuant to Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law provides for the reverse order evaluation of offers, i.e. it will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings. 5.
