After the production of green parts by powder injection molding or with the help of additive manufacturing, a debinding and sintering process follows. To ensure that no binder parts remain in the components, the advertised system should be used to ensure that the binder is largely volconstantly removed. This is intended to prevent unwanted contamination and thus negative effects on the properties of the components. In addition, contamination of the sintering furnace is minimized. Since various binders are to be used, the system has to be used for several debinding strategiesen, in particular solvents and multi-stage debinding.
