1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 15 sets. crawler excavators in accordance with the order documents. 2. The description of the subject of the order and detailed requirements regarding the subject of the order are included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Operational Requirements Technical (WET). 3. The type (range) and quantity of the subject of the order are specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Price form. 4. The offered subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Operational and Technical (WET), as well as in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as PPU). 5. The terms of execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Delivery of crawler excavators 1.
