Computer equipment Wall printer 1. The subject of the order is the delivery (purchase, transport and delivery) of computer equipment to the workshops of the State Construction Schools - School Complex in Bytom. 2. The proceedings were divided into two parts: 1)Part 1 - Computer equipment 1) A detailed description of the subject of the order, including technical parameters for Part 1 of the procedure, is included in the Description of the subject of the order - constituting Annex No. 1 to this ToR. 2) Detailed implementation conditions orders for Part 1 include the draft provisions of the contract - constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 3) The Contractor grants the Ordering Party a 24-month warranty for the delivered subject matter of the contract, under the specified conditions in the Draft Provisions contracts. The Contractor offers a warranty for the delivered subject matter of the contract in the "Offer" form (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ). The contractor may offer to extend the warranty period for the delivered subject matter of the contract, which is the criterion for evaluating offers "X2" (see: part XVII point 1.2.
