The contractor must provide the following services: (1) Successive delivery and permanent transfer (sale) of unused, brand-new x86 server devices according to communicated requirements in various performance classes as well as in individual ones Configurations/equipment. (2) Successive delivery and permanent provision of the firmware (BIOS, remote management interface, storage controller, etc.) and hardware-related hardware necessary for the operation of the new x86 server devices described in point (1). Software (drivers, agents for the operating systems Windows Server / Suse Linux Enterprise Server / Red Hat Enterprise Linux as well as integration-capable hardware management packages for Microsoft System Center Operations Manager and Configuration Manager). (3) Successive delivery and permanent transfer (sale) of accessories according to communicated requirements for the new x86 server devices referred to in point (1) in order to upgrade the server device in question by adding previously non-existent ones and/or by expanding or renewing existing hardware and/or software components. (4) Presetting (customer adjustment) of the new x86 server devices delivered as described in point (1) in accordance with the KfW specifications.
