Tender Details

With regard to Lot 1, the city of Pulheim will procure approximately 800 tables and approximately 800 chairs for the four secondary schools at the two school centers. These include student and teacher tables as well as student and teacher chairs for the classroom. Furthermore, a three-year framework agreement will be put out to tender for the delivery, assembly and installation of tables and chairs for classrooms for the four schools in both school centers. The framework agreement for Lot 1 begins with Award of contract. In addition, based on the framework agreement, the client can order items from the supplementary range of tables and chairs for classrooms. These are items outside the core range that are not included The list of services is listed and relates to lot 1. The delivery, assembly and installation of the furniture from lot 1 is expected to take place during the 2026 summer holidays (NRW). The city of Pulheim created it after the contract was awarded, for the better Coordination of the delivery of all lots of a mandatory roll-out plan agreed with the schools.
