New AG is a municipal supply company with severe roots on the Lower Rhine. The group includes several subsidiaries in Moenchengladbach, Erkelenz, Grevenbroich, Viersen, Schwalmtal and Toenisvorst. New AG supplies around 454, 000 customers with electricity, 160, 000 with Gas and 103, 000 with water. New AG stands for a partnership, regional and innovative energy and water supply and related services. Regional services also include local public transport with 256 buses and the operation of ten halls and outdoor pools.
A total of 230 buses are currently in use at New Mobil and Aktiv Moenchengladbach GmbH. The proportion of electric buses continuously increases.
