The Leibniz Institute for Resilience Research (LIR) gGmbH is based in Mainz. As a non-profit company, it operates selflessly, does not primarily pursue its own economic purposes and is subject to the general conditions of the public sector Budget, grants, procurement and collective bargaining law.
