Delivery of activated coke Delivery of activated coke in accordance with the “Delivery Specification” appendix from November 1st, 2026. Delivery of activated coke to separate pollutants from waste incineration from November 1st, 2026, approx. 50 t/month. The contractor supplies activated coke the following parameters (product data): Parameter (unit and) value: Particle size: mm d50: µm Water content: wt.% (raw) Ash content: wt.% (raw) Volatile components: wt.% (raw) Fixed carbon: wt.% (raw) /= 84.0 Specific surface area: m²/g (tr.) /= 240.0 Spray grain 315 μm: wt.% sulfuric acid: wt.% 4-6 Burning number (BZ): In addition, the activated coke must meet the following specifications. It must: - Separate mercury and/or mercury compounds in such a way that the values in Appendix 1 to the 17th BImSchV are significantly undercut, i.e. emissions of mercury and mercury compounds reach a maximum of 20% of the TMW or HMW limit value, - have a grain size that allows the funding in the (promotion) facilities of the MVA Weisweiler and allows injection into the evaporative cooler, - be suitable for flue gas cleaning in the Weisweiler incinerator and - in the years 2022 to 2026 in at least two waste incineration plants with technology comparable to the Weisweiler incinerator the flue gas cleaning must have been injected, whereby the above-mentioned separation specifications were achieved. -With regard to environmental protection and the environmental guidelines of the MVA Weisweiler, regenerated and recycled...
