In order to carry out the following tasks economically, it is necessary to purchase a telescopic wheel loader: - Hydraulic stone fillings - Loading of trucks with general cargo - Loading bulk goods onto trucks and trailers - Emergency solution when removing potholes on service roads - Clearing mud etc. - Earthworks in municipal operations - Equipping high racks with general cargo on Euro pallets - Year-round use On behalf of the Waterways and Shipping Authority Donau MDK, hereinafter referred to as the client [AG], the following services must be carried out by the contractor [AN]: - Complete technical processing of the telescopic wheel loader to be delivered - Delivery and operational handover of the machine on the outskirts Neuses - Instruction for the equipment operators (5 men) at the ABz Neuses - Creation and delivery of complete documentation in German The required technical data for the telehandler can be found in the service description. Requirements on professional and technical performance: a) The bidder/the bidding consortium can guarantee the supply of spare parts for the tendered service for at least 15 years. b) The bidder/the bidding consortium can be responsible for the repair and maintenance of the advertised service, ensure appropriate service within a 100km radius of the delivery location. c) Communication between the contractor and the client for service, repair and maintenance of the advertised service takes place exclusively in German language.
