A measuring system is needed to determine the external quantum efficiency of solar cells of various types (CIGS, perovskit, tandem u. A.) And sizes (0.5 x 0.5 mm² to 5 x 5 mm²) in the laboratory scale. The system should be procured as an entire because the individual devices must be optimally matched and configured.
The system consists at least from the following components:
- variable, monochromatic light source
- Chopper incl. Control unit
- Lock-in amplifier, if necessary with preamplifier (amplifier must be able to filter bias light signal from 1 sun)
- Bias light min. 2.5 x 2.5 cm² with max. Intensity of min. 1 sun, with color filters for tandem measurements
- Optional: Magnetic sample plate (about 40 x 40 cm²) for micromanipulators for needle contact with sample tempering (min. 5 x 5 cm²)
