Delbus shell construction work Shell construction work for the workshop and the operational service building at the Delmenhorst depot. Delbus GmbH & Co. KG is planning to demolish and build a new bus depot the existing company premises in Delmenhorst. That is planned Construction of 3 parts of the building in 2 construction phases. The work is carried out during ongoing bus operations. The subject of the tender is the simultaneous construction of the two buildings “workshop” and “operations building”. Loading clip (1st construction phase - already under construction): A single-story building with charging technology for charging electric buses is being built at the rear of the property. The building also includes a media bridge and parking areas for loading activities. Workshop (2nd construction phase): Also in the rear part of the property, a new workshop building consisting of 4 solid construction parts will be built. The building has two floors in one area and also has two basement areas and various working pits. On the ground floor there are 6 examination stands, an ARA (washing facility), storage and additional rooms. The employees' social rooms are located on the upper floor.
