Tender Details

As part of the new depot construction, a building automation system (GA) will be implemented. This is intended to provide the user with the most important information, operating states, malfunctions and maintenance of the various building systems and systems in a simple and clear manner represent. The basis is a central server on which the GA is operated and visualized. All facilities and systems are connected to the GA either via network interfaces (e.g. air conditioning systems, heating systems, etc.) or via hardware contacts to a central PLC, which in turn communicates with the GA via a network connection. The system can be operated via the wall panels in the buildings, via web access via computers or mobile devices. Here are accesses with appropriate Set up permissions to prevent unauthorized access. The individual sub-systems such as air conditioning systems or the heating have their own controls that control and regulate the systems. There is a user interface on the devices themselves the respective system is provided. The systems must be automated in such a way that e.g. B. a change in the basic hall temperature by the user (+ 2 K) in the GA results in both a parameter adjustment in the heating control and the ventilation control with the aim of regulating all systems to the needs of the user, taking into account efficient use of energy.
