Implementation of a building automation system and MSR in the new construction of the Delmenhorst depot. Delbus building automation and measurement, control and regulation technology (MSR) As part of the new construction of the depot, a building automation system will be installed (GA) implemented. This is intended to provide the user with the most important information, operating states, malfunctions and maintenance of the various building systems and systems in a simple and clear manner. The basis is a central server on which the GA is operated and visualized. All systems and systems are connected to the GA either via network interfaces (e.g. air conditioning systems, heating systems, etc.) or via hardware contacts to a central PLC, which in turn is connected via a network connection the GA communicates. The system can be operated via the wall panels in the buildings, via web access via computers or mobile devices. Access must be set up with appropriate authorizations to prevent unauthorized access. The Individual sub-systems such as air conditioning systems or heating have their own controls that control and regulate the systems. An operating interface for the respective system is provided on the devices themselves.
