1. The Government of the Republic of Mali has received funding from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) to finance the Program for the Integrated Development of Animal and Aquaculture Resources in Mali (PDIRAAM), and intends to use part of this financing to make payments under the Contract relating to the deepening works of ten (10) ponds for watering livestock in the regions of Kayes, Koulikoro and Ségou .

2. The Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries is soliciting offers under seal from eligible bidders and meeting the required qualifications to carry out the work of deepening ten (10) ponds for watering the livestock in the regions of Kayes, Koulikoro and Ségou for a completion period of six (06) months outside the winter season for all sites after notification of the contract, the deadlines are not cumulative.

3. The tendering procedure will be the International Invitation to Tender reserved for IsDB Member Countries (AOI / PM) as defined in the Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods, Works and Related Services in the Framework of Projects. funded by IsDB, and open to all eligible bidders from Member Countries as defined in the Guidelines.
