The Dupax District Hospital (DDH) had requested for the Procurement of One (1) Unit Coagulation Machine intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱350, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for charge to (CO 2025, 1-07-05-110) to cover eligible payments for which this Request of Quotation is issued.
