The subject of the contract is the supportive organization of the day of the inludes and outlooks (open day) of the German Bundestag, in the following client (AG), on Sunday, May 3, 2026. Public relations work visitors to all ages about the way Parliament works. At the same time, it serves as a forum for direct and virtual communication between visitors, deputies, political groups and the administration. The day of insights and views is expected to take place in a time from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (last admission at 6:00 p.m.). On the day of the inputs and views, visitors will be on site in addition to an informative main program (lectures, presentations, virtual and online offers, guided tours, Exhibitions, games, quizzes) offered an entertaining supporting program (music appearances, children's actions, catering) in the four properties involved and outdoors. Subject to the current security situation, the following buildings of the German Bundestag are on the day of insights and views Open: Reichstag building (RTG), Paul-Loebe-Haus (PLH), Marie-Elisabeth-Lueders-Haus (Melh) and in parts the Jakob-Kaiser-Haus (JKH). One main entrance is (at least) open for each building; At the RTG, the Zent-Rale visitor entrance is located outside the building in a container system in Scheidemannstrasse. In addition, in -house transitions from the PLH to the RTG and between Melh and PLH are expected to be open. More details can be found in the service description.
