The following should be available for the performance period from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2027 (plus 2x 12-month extension options up to a maximum of 31.12.2029):
1. Software maintenance contract for the license stock According to IBM Primary Support Provider
2. Service desk or ticket system to accept orders and fault reports
3. Description of a service manager who is available as the central point of contact for all technical questions, the AG within the agreed service times.
4. Service contingent for 2nd level support and operating support in the IBM Filenet P8 area, as well as the control of the 3RD level support, as well as to take over recurring monitoring and software maintenance.
