Bid Synopsis:The Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) is seeking bids for DATCP Round Sticker as outlined in the attached documents. LENGTH OF CONTRACT: The Contract will be for an initial one (1) year period effective March 16, 2026 through March15, 2027 with 2 (two) additional automatic one (1)-year renewals. The contract will automatically renew unless notified, in writing, by the Contactor; or the State notifies the Contractor, in writing, 30 calendar days prior to expiration of the initial and/or succeeding Contract term(s). The maximum potential expiration date for this contract is March 15, 2029. QTY: 7, 500 Size: 2” Round Ink: Gold PMS 872 metallic one side only (1/0) Material: Minimum 2ml Clear Vinyl with permanent adhesive, with a clear laminate finish. 40# wax backer Finishing: Finish on a 3” core, of 250 stickers per roll, waste removed, with perforations between each sticker for easy tear off Note: liner not printed Packing: Each roll shrink wrapped.
