The BA has the order to use billing lists via individual employees in the short -time work allowance for controlling purposes and requires data of all short -time work allowance (KUG) - billing lists in digitally evaluable form. To enable a mechanical search is the procurement of software necessary for data development. This data is only available in the KUG billing lists and are mainly only available as pixel data and are not machine-evaluated. The number of CUG applications that are not machine-unavailable or received by digital data is tend to be declined. However, the evaluation, partly manually completed lists and the checks on KUG abuse are still required. The Planet Ida software is currently in use for automatic document processing, which is made of pixel data and unstructured text data structured data. - The "Planet Ida Engine" reads pixel data and transforms them into letters and entire texts (classic OCR - Optical Character Recognition - Software). This technology has been used for decades to convert scan results and photos into text (generate text layers). - The "Planet Ida Engine Licenship Classification" recognizes in the text layer created by the Ida Engine pattern and words and is therefore able to recognize whether a document is a form and also what kind of form it is. - The "Planet Ida Engine License Extraction "is able to recognize the individual attributes contained in a form based on the recognized form type and to pass them on as structured data, with a name (JSON format).
