The client intends to procure a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution and to operate with the option for a one-year extension over a period of three years. The aim is the automated and compliant examination of personal and business data from business partnersand business partners according to the Know-Your Customer principle (KYC). This is to ensure that all test processes meet the regulatory requirements and contribute to the effective prevention of money laundering, economic crime and terrorist financing.
The exams shouldboth regularly and on the occasion to ensure a complete compliance with the statutory regulations, in particular the Money Laundering Act (GWG). The client is currently assuming a test volume of around 1, 000 processes per year. Based on expected developmentsA doubling of this number forecast within the next five years.
