Brussels Airport Company (BAC) intends to conclude a framework agreement for the design and implementation of a Data Governance Platform. The assignment aims to implement an enterprise-wide data governance and data quality framework within Brussels Airport Company (BAC). This framework must ensure reliable, consistent, compliant and well-managed data across the entire organization. Considering the different nature, objectives and market positioning of data governance solutions on the one hand and data quality solutions on the other, the assignment is split into two separate lots. Each lot can be submitted and awarded separately. Lot 1 concerns the delivery and implementation of a data governance platform that supports the policy, organizational and documenting aspects of data governance within BAC. Lot 2 concerns the delivery and implementation of a data quality and observability platform that is responsible for the asset monitoring, measuring, validating the quality of data within BAC. Although both lots are tendered separately, they are complementary in terms of content. The data governance platform (Lot 1) and the data quality & observability platform (Lot 2) serve can be coordinated and, where relevant, exchange information with each other, without this leading to functional overlap or dependence. ...
