This public service contract concerns the replacement of the social housing management IT tool of ÖWOB SRL, a public service housing company active in the German-speaking Community of Belgium. The contract includes the supply, the implementation, data migration, training and maintenance of an integrated digital ecosystem covering financial and accounting management as well as social rental management. The objective is the optimization and digitalization of processes, while guaranteeing lasting interoperability with existing and future systems as well as a connection to authentic data sources (notably federal). The market is divided into two lots: 1. Accounting and financial management, 2. Rental management social and calculation of social rents. The implementation of the project is planned gradually, in several phases. This lot covers the supply, implementation, data migration, training and maintenance of a solution software intended for the accounting and financial management of the contracting authority. The solution must cover general accounting, financial management as well as legal and regulatory reporting, and integrate natively and sustainably into a digital ecosystem.
