Construction of a 7 -storey (UG - 5th floor) office building with approx. 10.270 sqm GGF, of which approx. 1, 700 sqm underground, in solid construction, the facade as a blind clinker facade with natural stone elements, the roof as a steep roof. The building is l-shaped with connections to existing buildings from the EC Up to 1. or 4. OG via smaller connecting buildings. In the UG there are also offices in the sub -area with an upstream cow with a blinded sheet pile wall. Outside, a parking space with 27 parking spaces, as well as road surfaces (approx. 4, 100 sqm) and green areas is being built (3, 900 sqm).

Video door speech and bell systems as columns in the outdoor facilities at four building accesses as IP door stations with connection to VoIP telephone systems.

Fire warning system with O2T Multi -sensor trays, acoustic and optical alarm. Monitoring of the escape and escape routes and technology rooms. The transfer to the existing district building (KT) takes place via the fire alarm system in the KT.
