The hard cheese product must be made on the basis of dairy raw materials with/without the addition of vegetable fats in accordance with the requirements of technical regulations. Taste and smell: clean, moderate pronounced cheesy, a slight taste of plant components is allowed (if available), without foreign odors and tastes. Consistency: dense, homogeneous throughout the entire mass, slight fragility is allowed. Color: from white to light yellow, uniform to the whole mass. Mass fraction of fat in dry matter: not less than 45%. Shelf life: not less than 50% of that established at the time of delivery Consistency: elastic | Kefir 2.5% tetra pack, 1 liter package.
