The subject of the order is a service consisting in organizing and conducting specialized authorized or equivalent training in the area of cybersecurity for ICT administrators and central ICT administrators at the National Labor Inspectorate, i.e. training in the field of cybersecurity, conducted remotely and live (Part 1). As part of a given part of the procedure, the Ordering Party allows the Contractor to offer parts to the school as authorized and parts as equivalent, provided that the requirements are met. regarding the equivalence criteria described in Annex 1 to the Agreement. In any case, if there is no indication in the clause to which part of the order a given provision applies, it should be assumed that the provision applies to all parts of the order.
