Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the sale by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of used, defect-free, diesel traction units of one type specified in detail in the Contract Template (hereinafter referred to as "Vehicle" or "Vehicles", respectively), in the number of 2 pieces together with delivering them to the Ordering Party, and also, on the terms referred to in Chapter 2, section 6-7 of the Terms and Conditions of the Order, sale and delivery of additional 2 Vehicles (hereinafter referred to as the "Subject of the Order"). Detailed description of the Vehicles and the requirements imposed on them contains Annex No. 5 to the Template Agreement. 2. The term used diesel multiple unit should be understood as a vehicle manufactured and released for operation after January 1, 2007. 3. The Contractor is obliged to provide vehicles enabling the implementation transport in multiple traction (understood as a connection of 2 Vehicles in a way that allows them to be controlled from one control cabin in any configuration of Vehicles). 4. The Ordering Party requires each of the delivered Vehicles to have them on the day of delivery completed and documented at least P4 inspection or higher with the possibility of operation for at least another 9 years and at least 1, 100, 000 km until the next P4 or P5 inspection. 5. The contractor is obliged to enable final acceptance Vehicle at the Ordering Party's Rolling Stock Maintenance Point located (as indicated by the Ordering Party) in Poznań at ul.
