As a result of the tender, an EVB-IT framework agreement is to be concluded with a service provider to provide support services for adapting OneIdentity as part of its use as an IAM system for identity and access management become. The support services include the following tasks: installation, connection of the source and target system, migration to higher (current) versions of OneIM (including WebPortal), implementation of the identity lifecycle, implementation of organizational management, implementation of the Project and filing management, IT shop portal/password reset portal and reporting.
