Rhein Neckar Verkehr GmbH (rnv) would like to introduce customer relationship management (CRM). rnv currently uses different systems to manage its customer data and plan events and the invitation management contained therein. Moreover, in various systems KuClient master data that is not brought together for the purpose of coordinated customer care, retention and acquisition. The subject of the tender is the introduction and implementation of an integrated CRM overall solution to replace the previously used isolated solutions. Additional award feeThe status is the care and maintenance services (operation and maintenance phase) to be provided following the implementation of the CRM.
The subject matter of the order therefore probably includes:
•Procurement of the licenses for a CRM system •Implementation of the CRM system and support of the rnv-Verresponsible for the introduction • Operation and maintenance/support for 4 years, with the option of two extensions of 2 years each • Development and maintenance of a FAQ Wiki and Lesson Learned • Implementation of training courses for key users who work with the CRM • Implementation of accruing relays Wechsel (planned twice a year) Details can be found in the service description.
