The goals of the new CIAM solution are:-Central identity management: The user accounts for the HVV Switch App and HVV Plus as well as the new HVV website with an integrated subscription online should be managed in a common platform. This makes a uniform and efficient user management secured. - Uniform login: By using standard protocols and improving the user experience, a consistent and comfortable login process for all offers is to be created. - Security: The new solution should adaptive authentication procedures and Support multi-factor authentication (MFA). In addition, a transaction authorization is introduced to increase security with sensitive actions. - Data protection: The focus is on comprehensive consent management for controlling consent and the possibility of user data to have the legal requirements deleted (right to delete). -Stable, controllable operation: Since the previous key cloak-based solution does not offer the desired stability, a more robust platform with container support or cloud option is sought to ensure failure and To ensure scalability. - Integration of other partners: The new CIAM solution is designed in such a way that it is prepared for the connection of other partner companies.
