1. The Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), through the Congressional Initiative Funds (CIF) FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY MILLION PESOS (Php150, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of Counter Unmanned Aerial System (CUAS) for PAG-ASA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
