Delivery of a Cryostation Prober using closed loop supply of compressed helium to reach 4K temperature. System must include heliumcompressor, vacuum housing, positioner, temperature control unit, flat plate for sample attachment, plates for DC and RF. Additionally windows, connection cables and connectors to bring the chamber connections to the outside as well as a table for mounting everything must be included. The tender mustinclude packaging, shipment and installation on site.
