The object of the procurement is a closed-loop cryostat (4 K), which is integrated in an optical table. The cryostat is intended for studying Schottky barrier photodiodes and photonic integrated circuits in the near infrared wavelength rangech can be used. The cryostat should be integrated into the optical table in such a way that the sample to be examined is at least accessible from above. To examine the photodiodes, optical access is required from above, with the distance between the sample and the outside of the optical Kryostat window should not be larger than 4 mm. To examine the photonic circuits, it should be possible, after changing the cryostat hood, to attach an additional lens with a high numerical aperture directly above the sample in the cryostat.
