Base vehicle Vehicle expansion The Herzogtum Lauenburg district is planning to procure three personnel transport vehicles including expansion for the emergency service of the non-profit Herzogtum Lauenburg Rescue Service Company mbH (HLR). This is one Tendering in the upper threshold area. Vehicle procurement is therefore fundamentally subject to the law on the procurement of clean road vehicles (SaubfahrzeugBeschG).
