Expression of Interest are invited for Creation of Water Resources Management Development Master Plans (SDAGRE) of six regions of intervention

(i) the identification and consultation of all Ministerial
Departments of local stakeholders as well as populations concerned by water resources to
highlight the perceptions and practices, needs and expectations of the different users Water
Resources in relation to IWRM; (ii) the proposal of a concerted approach with a view to having
coordinated and harmonized interventions at the levels of the different sectors; (iii) the preparation
of Water Resources Management Development Master Plans (SDAGRE) for each of the six
regions; (iv) definition of the roles of each ministry concerned based on the types of sampling or
discharge carried out; (v) the proposal of awareness-raising and capacity-building tools for
stakeholders relating to the management of the sectoral value chain Water for food, Water for
productive uses and Integrated Management of Water Resources and the integration of adaptation
measures and strengthening resilience to climate change; (vi) the proposal for a simulation
between the sources of financing and the operating costs and investments of interventions relating
to IWRM; (vii) the development of a plan to coordinate actions between different sectors and
stakeholders such as drinking water, agriculture, energy, industry, waste management, protection
of aquatic ecosystems, etc ; (viii) the development of hydrological models to assess current and
future water availability;
