Tender Details
The integrated climate protection concept of the municipality of Losheim am See from 2023 highlighted the creation of integrated neighborhood concepts in the sense of the KfW Program 432 as an important measure. These are now to be set up in 5 districts of the community. The 5 concepts should be in one orderg will be awarded. Please refer to the leaflet "Energetic Urban Renovation Grant for Climate Protection and Climate Adaptation in the Neighborhood" attached as Annex 1, which contains the contents of an integrated neighborhood concept.
The aim of the measure is to provide a detailed analysis of the energythe physical condition of older neighborhoods in particular and to show development opportunities. It should also be determined which combination of renovation measures, conversion to regenerative heat provision, if necessary with combined heat and power in local heating networks, in each case under cost and climate conditionssecurity aspects make sense in the relevant neighborhoods. The 5 neighborhoods have already been identified.
The 5 concepts include delimited sub-areas in the districts of Losheim, Niederlosheim, Bachem, Wahl, Scheiden. For further information, the funding applications for the projects are available as informationion attached (Appendix-5 - Appendix-10).
