According to the project application, the TraFoNetz project is divided into a total of eight work packages. The work package on which this service description is based is work package five for competence development and qualification, which summarizes the following workContents include: AP5 Competence development and qualification: In this AP, concepts and offers for further training and qualification of employees in future-relevant areas of competence are developed and implemented. The current changes in the economy and society require aRethinking academic further education and the qualification of employees. In order to make meaningful progress in the area of re-skilling/up-skilling, it is crucial to be aware of the skills requirements in the Northern Black Forest region. The new, necessary future skillsKnowing this and incorporating this into the area of academic training and further education is the fundamental subject of these eight learning units (LE).
