Creation of backup direction with automation for RaiNews 24 Creation of backup direction with automation for RaiNews 24. The estimated total amount of the contract is equal to 2, 000, 000.00 euros, net of VAT and/or other taxes and contributions law. This amount is divided as follows: o Euro 1, 139, 245.94 for supplies (purchase of hardware equipment and software licenses); o Euro 231, 360.73 for professional consultancy, design, wiring, installation, testing assistance, training, baby sitting and support; o Euro 440, 000.00 for wiring work, including design; o Euro 135, 000 for "pay as you go" professional services that can be requested by the Client during the duration of the contract; the aforementioned total amount represents a non-binding maximum expenditure ceiling for Rai, up to which the aforementioned services can be commissioned: the amount due for the services actually provided will be calculated on the basis of the daily rates offered and in relation to the number of days/hours actually provided by the successful tenderer; o Euro 10, 000.00 for the costs of safety from interference not subject to reduction.
