The subject of the order is the service of creating and supplementing information security documentation (including: information security policy and management system, risk assessment policy, network traffic analysis policy, backup policy, vulnerability management, incident management policies) as part of the project titled: Accelerating digital transformation processes at the District Hospital in Zawiercie as part of Investment D1.1.2 Accelerating digital transformation processes in health care through further development of digital services in health care under the National Reconstruction Plan (KPO). The developed documentation is intended to ensure compliance with applicable legal provisions, in particular the Act on the National Cybersecurity System, orderliness of processes, as well as will enable effective risk and incident management and prepare the organization for cybersecurity audits. The contractor will conduct a zero audit as part of the subject of the order. The subject of the order should be completed based on the assumptions specified in Technical specification constituting Annex No. 2 to SWZ.
