4.1. The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party: 4.1.1. service consisting in the lease of 150 pieces of brand new multifunctional devices (hereinafter "Devices") along with a cost accounting system and a printing system following, a device condition monitoring system, a system for recognizing text from scanned documents, hereinafter referred to jointly as the "System" or "Print System" or "Software", and their service and technical support. ATiK will be provided in under a guaranteed order for the period indicated in point 5.1 of Chapter 5 of the SWZ. Details are included in the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ"); Lease service of multifunctional devices with a management system (print following) 4.1. The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party: 4.1.1. service consisting in the lease of 150 pieces of brand new multifunctional devices (hereinafter "Devices") along with a cost settlement system, tracking print, device status monitoring system, text recognition system for scanned documents, hereinafter referred to jointly as the "System" or "Print System" or "Software", as well as their service and technical support.
