For its headquarters at Karl-Wiechert-Allee 60 C, 30625 Hannover, the Waste Management Region Hannover (aha) is planning to build a new social and office building with workshops (short name: KWA-Z04) on its own premises. The new building complex will contain a social area and an administration areag area for the employees of building management, construction planning and the driving school, as well as various meeting and training rooms. The adjoining single-story middle section contains the technical rooms serving the entire complex as well as two workshops. The hall construction receives a solid core for additional workshops. Open and closed storage areas are provided in the workshops (1st floor workshops). The subject of this award procedure is the services for a double girder bridge crane: 2-girder bridge traveling crane, load capacityit 5, 000 kg, span 30 m including required acceptance
