Courier services for the internal Essen with the Duisburg employment agency, the associated job centers and the central foreign placement agency The subject of the award is the implementation of messenger and courier trips in the Internal Service district Essen with the Employment Agency (AA) Duisburg, the associated job centers (JC) and the Central Foreign Employment Agency (ZAV). The respective departure and arrival times as well as pick-up times and their departure and arrival points are determined by the client are binding and must be adhered to by the contractor (see tour plan, appendix 3). Deviations from this are permitted if the client provides the documents required to carry out the courier/messenger trip must be made or a change to the schedule is communicated by the client one week in advance. The contractor must transport all transport goods between the departure/arrival points in accordance with the enclosed route plan (Appendix 3). The Transported goods worthy of data protection are packed in locked transport boxes and provided with seals. The contractor must provide sufficient quantities of lockable transport boxes and seals. The client reserves the right to use free transport volume in the vehicles provided for additional deliveries of goods within the framework of the respective lot/tour plan. Goods within the meaning of the provisions can ➢ Consumables (e.g. office supplies, Mouth and nose protection) and ➢ IT accessories (e.g. keyboards, mice, toners, headsets).
