Thickness (height) of the mattress in a free state - at least 10-12 cm. Type of filler: highly purified and dust-free white regenerated fiber (cotton RF) or sewing wool. The filler must be evenly distributed throughout the entire volume. The presence of solid impurities, lumps, foreign objects or traces of mold is not allowed. Mattress cover material: teak mattress (100% cotton) with a density of at least 140-160 g/m² or ultrastep fabric high density. The fabric must prevent outward migration (blading) of fibers and be resistant to mechanical abrasion. Picking (firmware): to fix the filler over the entire surface of the mattress, uniform picking with harsh threads must be performed. The number of picks (tacks) in the product is at least 45-50 pcs.
